About simplecx
We Built simplecx Because We Lived the Problem Ourselves.
We were running an agency, helping small businesses grow. The work was good. The results were good. But the process? It was quietly exhausting everyone.
Every campaign felt painful, disorganised, expensive, and time-consuming. They needed different tools, different logins, content scattered across platforms, and someone always waiting on someone else to send the right file.
The clients felt it too.
Small business owners would come to us wanting to launch a campaign. But to make it happen, they'd end up hiring an additional agency, a freelancer, maybe two. They'd sit on calls. They'd chase approvals. They'd pay for tools they barely understood. By the time the campaign was live, weeks had passed, and the energy behind the original idea was long gone.
We watched this happen over and over. Smart people with great ideas, buried under coordination.
Then came the AI tools. And somehow, things got messier.
One tool for writing. Another for images. Another for scheduling. Each one promised to save time, but none of them talked to each other. You'd finish in ChatGPT and have to start over in Canva. The branding drifted. The workflow still broke. The manual work just moved around instead of disappearing.
The problem was never content creation. It was the fragmentation underneath it all.
So we stopped looking for the right combination of tools and started building something different. We knew we and our customers needed a single place where one idea could become an entire campaign written, designed, formatted, and ready to go without the back-and-forth, without the context-switching, without the coordination tax that drains the best work out of any team.
That's simplecx: ‘create different’.
On the name: simplecx is one word, always styled in lowercase, even at the start of a sentence or a headline.
Three Things We Believe
01
The Best Ideas Shouldn't Die in the Workflow
Most marketing doesn't fail at the idea stage. It fails somewhere between the idea and execution. It dies in the approvals, the reformatting, the endless back-and-forth. Good thinking deserves a faster path to the world.
02
One Idea Should Go a Lot Further
Most businesses aren't short on ideas. They're short on the time and bandwidth to turn one good idea into ten pieces of content across different platforms without losing their mind. We believe that should be easy.
03
AI Should Get Out of the Way, Not Add to The Pile
We're not building a tool that replaces what makes your brand yours. The voice, the judgement, and the story are still human. AI should handle the tedious parts so you can spend more time on the creative parts.
We want to help 1 million businesses grow by 2030 by giving them back the time and money they're losing to fragmented marketing systems.
We're still early. There's a lot left to build. But we know what we're building toward a future where a great idea moves from your head to your audience without getting stuck somewhere in the middle.
That's the work. And we're just getting started.
