New Features
- Unified searchable history: Every video, image, campaign, and AI chat you have worked on is now collected in a single searchable history panel. No more jumping between sections to find something you made earlier.
- Audio polish in Video Studio: Video Studio now includes an audio polish step that cleans up and refines the audio in your generated videos before you download or publish.
- Edit brand identity from the sidebar: You can now update your brand's name, colors, voice, and other identity details directly from the brand selector in the sidebar, without navigating away to settings.
- Low credit warnings: simplecx now notifies you when your credits are running low so you can top up before hitting a wall mid-project.
- @-mention picker follows your cursor: The @-mention dropdown now anchors right where you are typing instead of appearing at a fixed position, making it much easier to use on any screen size.
- Chat context carries into Video Studio: Context from your AI chat conversations is now handed off when you open Video Studio, so your prompts start with what you have already discussed rather than from scratch.
- Research moved to the Create menu: The Research tool now lives in the Create menu alongside other content creation tools, where it fits more naturally.
Improvements
- Simpler history navigation: Browsing your history panel has been streamlined for faster, more intuitive navigation.
- Compact mobile history entries: On mobile, history entries take up less vertical space so you can see more of your work at a glance.
- Richer showcase on the homepage: The "one prompt" section on the public homepage now uses real generated assets to give a more accurate preview of what simplecx produces.
Bug Fixes
- Campaign scheduling more reliable: Scheduling and publishing campaigns through the AI assistant is now more robust and less prone to silent failures.
- Brand context preserved throughout video generation: Your selected brand now stays consistent across every step of the video generation process, including after retries or model switches.
- Image generation recovery: simplecx now recovers gracefully when an image generation job returns an empty response, instead of failing silently.
- Light mode logos now visible: The logo in the public site header and the forgot-password page was invisible in light mode - now fixed.
- Facebook and Instagram connection fixes on mobile: Connecting your Facebook Page and Instagram account on mobile is now more reliable, with better handling of mid-flow interruptions and state preservation.
- Brand cast image generation repaired: Images generated using brand cast characters were failing in certain cases - this is now fixed.
- Video Studio language enforcement: Generated videos now respect the language set in your brand or project settings.
- Audio brief fallback on TTS failure: If text-to-speech fails while generating audio content, simplecx now rewrites the brief as a usable script so the job can still complete.
- Settings page contrast and display fixes: Settings pages now have better text contrast and no longer show raw internal identifiers or placeholder payment information.
- Inline content suggestions are now clickable: Suggestions appearing inline in content editors can now be clicked to apply them directly.
- Touch accessibility across posts hub, library, and thumbnail studio: Improved tap targets and touch interactions in these sections for a better experience on phones and tablets.
- Sidebar icons and credit footer restored: History icons in the sidebar are back, and the credit display at the bottom of the sidebar no longer breaks apart on narrow screens.
- Homepage demo video autoplays on scroll: The demo video on the homepage now starts playing automatically when it comes into view.
- AI chat reliability and streaming: The AI assistant chat is more stable under load and streaming responses feel smoother and more continuous.
